This section contains information on how the website www.vicino500.it is managed, in relation to the processing of data of users/visitors who consult it.

This information is provided for the purposes of Art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (or also “GDPR”).

The Web site, which can be reached at the address corresponding to the home page www.vicino500.it, is used solely as a showcase to publicize the activities carried out in connection with the events for the celebration of the 500th anniversary of Vicino Orsini’s birth.

Data Controller

The Data Controller is ST Sinergie srl Via Luigi Galvani 6 – 01100 Viterbo P.iva 02010450563, hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller” or “Company”.

Data subject to processing

1) Navigation data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The information collected may be as follows: Internet protocol (IP) address; browser type and parameters of the device used to connect to the site; name of the internet service provider (ISP); date and time of visit; visitor’s source (referal) and exit web page; and possibly the number of clicks;

2) data provided voluntarily by the user/visitor: The optional, explicit and voluntary sending by the interested party of electronic mail, messages (correspondence including telephone) to the contacts indicated on this site, involves the subsequent acquisition of data by ST Sinergie srl (mail, telephone number, first and last name or, other contact data);

3) Data acquired through the use of cookies: see “extended cookie policy” below.

Purpose and legal basis for processing

Data sub 1) are processed to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Owner ex art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f;

Sub 2) data are processed to fulfill requests for information and/or contact from the data subject. The legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the explicit request of the data subject ex art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b.

The cookie installed by the domain www.vicino500.it (first-party cookie) is a technical session cookie that is functional to ensure a safe and efficient navigation of the site. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Owner ex art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f.

Processing methods, access, and retention period

The processing of data is carried out through computer procedures or otherwise telematic or paper means directly by the Data Controller, by individuals specifically appointed by the Data Controller pursuant to and Art. 2-quarterdecies of the amended Legislative Decree. 196/2003, or by individuals identified as external managers pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, according to logic strictly related to the purposes of processing and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure security and confidentiality. The data will never be provided to third parties unless it is a legitimate request from the Judicial Authority and in cases provided for by law.

Data under 1) do not persist beyond 7 days (except for any need for the investigation of crimes by the Judicial Authority).

Data sub 2) will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfill the data subject’s requests for information.

The cookie used by the site has no time expiration, it disappears when you close the client.

Place of data processing and transfer.

The data are processed at the Owner’s office located at Via Luigi Galvani 6 – 01100 Viterbo or at the web hosting data centers. Web Hosting (identified as External Data Processor under Art. 28 GDPR) uses data centers located in the European Economic Area. To date, therefore, the data subject’s data are not being transferred to non-EU countries.

Rights of the data subject

The interested party has the right to obtain from ST Sinergie srl , in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation thereof or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulations). The interested party may contact the competent Data Protection Authority for any violation he or she believes to have suffered, which for Italy is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data by e-mail, at: garante@gpdp.it, by fax: 06 696773785, or by mail, to the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, located in Rome (Italy), Piazza di Monte Citorio no. 121, ch. 00186.
